At the P.E. Club, we incorporate the TRX® into our classes and personal training.

To put it simply, the TRX are straps with handles that hang from the ceiling. Your bodyweight becomes your resistance while using the TRX. We believe that it is important for clients to strengthen their body using it's own weight prior to adding additional weight. This gradual stress helps build a solid foundation to keep clients working efficiently and safely towards their goal. Using the TRX in our classes and training sessions allows us to work the entire body, targeting muscle groups both large and small. This simple yet highly effective piece of equipment is adaptable to everyone from beginners to athletes. No matter what injuries or limitations you have, the TRX allows us to modify, progress or regress each exercise to your specific needs.
