Our philosophy at The P.E. Club is to create an environment for physical fitness that emphasizes OUR clients and their personal goals.

Unlike most big box gyms and other fitness studios, at The P.E. Club you are not just another client. We believe fitness is a lifestyle, so we take the time to get to know your goals, your fitness history, and most importantly what motivates you. Our tailored programing will challenge your fitness routine in and out of the gym. Our personal training sessions will push you further, our intimate group fitness classes will motivate you, and our personalized homework with other workouts around the city will keep you on track. 1.) PROPER FORM, ALIGNMENT AND INJURY PREVENTION ARE OUR TOP PRIORITY.

Physical ailments, from past injuries to everyday aches and pains, should not be the norm. When you first start working with our team of trainers and instructors, we begin building your foundation to address any underlying weaknesses or imbalances, ensuring your success as you approach your fitness goals. Every step of the way, we'll be sure to consistently advance your routines to keep you challenged and ever-changing. Along the way, you will learn proper movement mechanics and patterns to help prevent any future injury outside of the gym.  

2.) NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING, EVENTUALLY YOU WILL FIND A WAY TO CHEAT.

Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts in life.  Not only do you have to work hard and challenge yourself, but you need the help of others along the way to ensure success. We will always have your back, even on your cheat days.  Your body always wants to take the path of least resistance. No longer will you be just going through the motions when you work out with us - we will push you further. No more going to the gym and doing whatever comes to mind and seeing no results.  Our small classes and personalized training don't give you the chance to slack or cheat in your workouts. You already know what giving up feels like - let's see what happens when you don't.

3.) Just HAVE FUN.  

Enjoy your workouts. Most fitness facilities can be very serious, intimidating, or outright boring. The music choice is not good, and the instructor doesn't even know your name. We take pride in making the personal training and class experience very personable, capping training floor capacity at 4 clients and class size at 9 participants. The setting is more intimate and engaging - so go ahead, talk to the person beside you, tell us how much you hate planks but need to do them, or even request a song for the gym playlist. We encourage open lines of communication. We want you to feel engaged and cared for, because we do care. Our programming is constantly evolving to create fun new workouts that challenge you without being repetitive. We're disrupting the norm of the everyday drill sergeant workout.
