  • Training Style: He specializes in using strength and high intensity workouts to create a well balanced program. Leo makes sure that his clients walk out of the gym with a smile and feeling great. He loves to make exercise fun!

TRX Core Strength Fitness Challenge at The P.E. Club

Introducing our first ever fitness challenge, just in time for summer.  We're challenging you to take 2 of our TRX classes a week for six weeks straight.  To motivate you this season, we've added a special twist: the more inches you lose off your waist, the better your chances of winning free fitness at P.E. 


Here's how to enter:

1- Sign up at the front desk and get your waist measured.

2- From 5/16-6/21... We challenge you to:

  • Take a minimum of 2 TRX classes per week
  • Complete 2 days of our club "cardio homework"
  • Follow Robin Barrie's 6 tips to a 6-pack 


The Prize: 2 Classes, 2 Training Sessions, an Official P.E. T-Shirt and 1 Nutrition Consultation with Robin!
