Fall is officially in the air. We're taking a break from sweat & squats to bring you some of our favorite things about the season in NYC!
1.) Crisp Fall Air & Cool Breezes.
No more worrying about that subway car without AC. We're happy to say goodbye to that humidty.
2.) All. Pumpkin. Everything.
At The P.E. Club, of COURSE we are obsessed. Our current fave? Trainer/Instructor Miriam (@DailyDoseoFitness via Instagram) created THIS delicious pumpkin waffle creation. Need a post-class fix? We're stocking Pumpkin Spice tea bags at the club all season long.

From Fall foliage, to crunchy jogs through the leaf-dusted paths, to an autumn aroma, it's no wonder some New Yorkers spend more time here when the cooler temps hit!
4.) Leather Jackets, Scarves & Athleisure Lines.
Let's face it: our wardrobes miss the black on black layers with leather accents during the warmer months. Not to mention all the new styles of leggings to choose from...

6.) Taking time to Restore, Relax & Recover.
Who doesn't love those rainy fall days with a warm blanket & a good book? Netflix binging weather, for sure. This season of change can also mean changes to your current fitness routine. Also, don't forget with colder weather come tighter muscles. We're excited to reintroduce an old class favorite, Strength, Balance & Recovery.
